1 -  Delicious handmade desserts

With the Pressure Cooker, you can cook a "crme caramel" in 15 minutes instead of 45 minutes by conventional cooking and 30 minutes in a microwave. You can also cook puddings, pears in wine

2 - Enjoy the different setting positions

On certain models, the pressure regulator valve offers 2 setting positions. Position 1 is to cook vegetable and fish, and position 2 is to cook meat and frozen food. Position 2 can also be used to cook quicker: a pure can be cooked in 6 minutes in position 2 instead of 8 minutes in position 1. You can save up to 20 to 25% of time.

3 - For best results, respect minimum and maximum fillings

- Do not use your pressure cooker without any liquid.
- Use 250mL (2 glasses) of liquid at least.
- Do not fill your pressure cooker more than 2/3 full.

4 -  Helping to cope with the pressures of a baby

A Pressure Cooker is ideal for quickly preparing food for your baby especially if family meals are made at different times. More vitamins and minerals are retained in comparison to other ways of cooking and the texture of the food is smooth, because it is cooked under pressure.

5 -  How can I release the steam of the pressure cooker faster?

Place the pressure cooker under a cold water tap.

6 -  In what ways can I use my Pressure Cooker?

- Water cook
- Steam cook
- Stew and braise
- Simmer
- Cook frozen food

7 -  Use of seasoning

It is a well-known fact that the taste of good cooking depends on the careful dosing of seasoning and flavouring. The Pressure Cooker, once tightly closed, allows foodstuffs to preserve their full flavour while concentrating in the flavour of the herbs and various ingredients that have gone into their preparation. Only small quantities of seasoning should therefore be used; only half of what you normally use.

8 -  Use the Pressure Cooker also to cook meat

The Pressure Cooker is not only for vegetable cooking. You can simmer chicken la crme in only 15 minutes instead of 45 minutes in a traditional pan. For a well-browned roast, first brown the meat then cook under pressure: roast will be soft and juicy.

9 -  Use your pressure cooker to cook frozen foods

If you use your pressure cooker to prepare frozen foods, no need to defrost first and cook after. The pressure cooker does the 2 operations at the same time.
